The Coding Clinic Second Quarter 2022 for Clinical Documentation Integrity education provides an overview of the Second Quarter 2022 Coding Clinics with a focus on adult, non-obstetric patient, selected questions about the root operations and approach characters of the ICD-10-PCS codes and the official definitions and guidelines associated with the root operations and approach characters of ICD-10-PCS coding.
The learner will then be able to apply this education to their daily work by identifying the documentation requirements that correspond with these coding clinics and ensure complete and accurate documentation through the query process prior to final coding of the record.
