This course focuses on Coding Clinic Highlights from a CDI perspective. At the conclusion of this course, learners will be able to:
- Identify specific 2019 coding clinics that impact CDI reviews
- Discuss CDI knowledge in relation to the new coding clinics
- Apply the coding clinics to their CDI reviews to ensure accurate coding
- Recognize when a query to the physician in needed
